TROOP 71 NEWSLETTER

    **********WELCOME NEW SCOUTS********** 

    Troop 71 would like to extend a BIG WELCOME to our newest Scouts.  Caleb Bowman and Lane Eversole crossed over this past Saturday from Cub Scouts.

    WELCOME TO TROOP 71 CALEB AND LANE!!
    Committee Meeting – Our next committee meeting will be on April 7th at 7:00 p.m.  All parents are invited to attend.  Your input is important to the success of the Troop.  
    Venture Scouting – March 10th we will have a guest with us.  Kathy Baker will be coming to speak to us about Venture Scouting.
    Upcoming Events 

    March 10 – Venture Scouting guest speaker. 

    March 14 – Marietta Fish Fry 11am to 7pm.  All boys need to work!  See Trent Atwood for sign up sheet. 

    March 20-22 is the District Spring Camporee!!  More information TBA.  

    March 24 – Parent Meeting – very important!!!  

    April 25 is our tentative date to have another car wash.

    Weekly Dues – Don’t forget to pay your dues on a weekly basis.  Dues are $1.00 per week.  If you need to know if you are behind please see Natalie Atwood.
    Summer Camp Fees – The balance of camp fees are due no later than April 14th.  If you need to know your balance please see Natalie Atwood.  THIS DATE IS FIRM!!  If necessary you can make payments weekly.  Some of the Scouts did this last year and it works very well.
